What data we process
When you contact us by phone, email or the contact form, we process the details you send us (for example name, company, email, phone number and the content of your request). We use them only to answer your request and to prepare a possible project. We do not use them for advertising and we do not sell them.
Legal basis and storage
We process your data to take steps at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and for our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep the data as long as needed for the enquiry or the contract and as long as the law requires us to keep records.
Hosting and service providers
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When you visit it, technical data such as your IP address, browser and time of access is processed by the hosting provider to deliver the site and keep it secure. Contact form messages are sent by email through the email service Resend (USA) to our mailbox. Both providers may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses. The website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking, and loads no external fonts or scripts.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You can also withdraw consent you gave us at any time. Write to us at the contact details above.
Complaints
You can complain to the data protection authority. In Slovakia this is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR), or the authority in your own country.
